ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ [ΠΤΟ]ΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt; to left, Ω above Σ; to right, [L Δ]. SNG Copenhagen 526 ('Ptolemy V, uncertain mint in Phoenicia'). Svoronos 1193 ('Ptolemy IV, uncertain mint in Cyprus'). Very rare. Minor doubling on the obverse and with light scratches on the reverse, otherwise, nearly very fine.
